Dr. Diana is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  She attended the University of Puerto Rico graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A in Biology and obtained her medical doctor degree from the School of Medicine, University of Puerto Rico and completed her  internal medicine residency program  at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio.

Dr. Roque has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area for the last 15 years. During this time, she has developed an interest in women’s health and preventive medicine. Seeing patients struggle with weight problems and its devastating effects on health, led to the opening of her weight loss clinic in 2006. Subsequently, she opened her own medical practice. Both companies found a home in a new state of the art facility in Riverview, Florida.

Dr. Diana Roque is a member of the American College of Physicians. She has been a volunteer physician at the Brandon Outreach Clinic since 2001. In addition, she has been a speaker at women’s conferences. Also, she is an active member of her church taking a leadership role in the Spanish women’s ministries. Dr. Roque is married to Wilfredo Trinidad C.P.A, who left a thriving accounting practice to join her as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer. They have been blessed with two children. Mr. Trinidad is also the pastor of a young Spanish church in this area.
